VoiceRangeTest.com is a small independent site, so email is the only contact method. There is no phone line or contact form. A clear message with the details below gets a faster, more useful answer.
A tool isn’t working
Please include:
- the tool or page URL;
- your device and browser (for example, iPhone with Safari, or Windows with Chrome);
- whether you used a built-in, headset or external microphone;
- what you expected and what happened instead, plus any error message.
Many microphone problems are browser permissions. If a tool shows no reading, check that the site is allowed to use the microphone, close other apps that use it, and try again in a normal browser tab. A quick way to check whether sound reaches the page is the Pitch Detector: hum a note and see if a reading appears. Common causes of odd readings are explained in accuracy and limitations.
Report an error or a correction
Send the page URL, the exact statement you think is wrong and, if you can, a source or recording that supports your point. Corrections are handled as described in the editorial guidelines; important fixes may be noted on the page.
Privacy and data requests
Use the same email to ask about your data, to request access or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. The site holds very little about you: see the privacy policy and data security. For ads, the privacy link in the site footer lets you manage consent and, in the US, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Accessibility problems
If a page or tool is hard to use with your setup, tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. You don’t need to share anything about a disability. Known limits are listed in the accessibility statement.
Ideas and feedback
Suggestions for new tools, a singer range to research, or a guide that could be clearer are welcome. You can see what exists on the tools page.
Please don’t send
- passwords, payment details, medical records or other sensitive personal information;
- requests for a diagnosis: the site cannot give medical advice (see the disclaimer);
- link-exchange, guest-post or automated sales messages, which usually don’t get a reply.
